BEETS WITH GOAT CHEESE & LICORICE SALT

Ingredients

  • 6 Beets
  • 1 Cup of Beet Juice
  • 3 tablespoon of butter
  • 113g. of Goat Cheese
  • Saltverk Licorice Salt

Recipe 

1 Cut the root off the beets

2 Place beets in a baking pan and sprinkle them with Licorice Salt 

3 Seal the baking pan with tinfoil

4 Bake beets at 180°C for 3 hours or until thoroughly baked

5 Peel the beets and cut into pieces of a size of your choice

6 Boil down the beet juice by half

7 Add the baked beets and mix in the cold butter

8 Serve with goat cheese
