BIRCH SMOKED SALT CARAMEL

Ingredients

1 stick butter

1 cup of cream

4 tablespoon of water

8 teaspoon of glucose syrup

1 cup of sugar

Saltverk Birch Smoked Salt

Recipe 

1 Mix the water, glucose and sugar in a pot and warm up to 160° C

2 In another pot, warm up the butter and cream and mix together

3 Slowly and carefully blend the butter and cream mixture into the contents of the first pot

4 Heat to 115° C

5 Pour mixture into greased baking form

6 Sprinkle Birch Smoked Salt immediately

7 Allow to cook
